Outlook to teams message Flow issue

Hello I am trying to setup an adaptive card from outlook to teams message to myself.
 
I am using when email comes in to post adaptive message to myself in teams. I can't seen to figure out what I am missing. Can anyone advise on this one?

    I cannot open your screen shots. I would need to see your flow to figure out the issue. If the issue is with the configuration of the adaptive card code, I would suggest that you start by using the adaptive card designer at Designer | Adaptive Cards. This way you can catch errors and see how it should be coded before you have problems in your flow.
