he “Something went wrong” error in the Copilot Studio overview may be caused by a temporary Microsoft service issue, corrupted browser cache or session, misaligned environment permissions, or ongoing Dataverse updates or operations. The bot still works correctly, but the Overview page fails to load, which typically happens when the interface has a temporary loading issue while core functions remain operational.
What you can do immediately:
Open Copilot Studio in Incognito / InPrivate mode.
Try using a different browser.
Clear your browser cache.
Check the status of Microsoft services.
