My Copilot Studio agent, PruKnowledge Hub, has been in active use for about three months. A few days ago, users began seeing the error “I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that.” On investigation, I noticed all Knowledge Items are stuck in In Progress, and even newly created agents show the same issue.

I've seen this pop up before with Copilot Studio - it's usually a backend indexing glitch or environment hiccup.

what typically sorts it out is Republish the agent first - Jump into Copilot Studio, tweak something small like the description, save, and hit republish.

Often kicks the processing back into gear.
Nuke and re-add knowledge sources - Delete the stuck items (all of them), give it 10 mins, then upload fresh or reconnect SharePoint/etc. Start with one small PDF to test if it goes "Ready".
Basic checks - Make sure file types are good (PDF/DOCX under limits), permissions are set right, no quota warnings in your Power Platform admin center.

Try incognito mode too - cache can be sneaky.
If that doesn't do it (and it sounds environment-wide since new agents are borked), this is Microsoft territory. i would recommend, Open a support ticket
