Embed Powerapps in teams using power automate

Hello all.

 

I am about to create a flow that can create a team in MS teams when a form is submitted. At the end of this flow when the team is created, I want to embed(integrate) an already made PowerApps into the team. Is this possible to do with Power automate flow?

 

Any help will be appreciated,
