Hi All,

I have Multi line text box in SharePoint with Specify the type of text to allow: Enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks).

How to use "Enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks)" in Power Apps? Is there any setting for Data Card?

I have in excel data as below and I want to copy and paste in Power Apps form where this text box added. Just like I have pasted below in this from Excel the same behaviour I need to implement in Power App form.

Column1 Column2 Column3
name phone adress
kjhk khjk khjkhj
khjk khjk hjkhj
khjk khjk hjkhk

Thanks,
Harish Patil

If you delete the current Text Input from the Data Card and add a Rich Text Editor, the Table from Excel will copy and paste straight into it and save to the SharePoint List. You will need to change the Update of the Data Card to
    RichTextControlName.HtmlText
and the Default of the Rich Text Control to
    ThisItem.YourTextFieldName

    Hi WarrenBelz,

Yes, I have added Rich Text Editor control in Power Apps. Please find the below screen shot.

    1. How I can hide the yellow highlighted area which is used for formatting the text? I just wanted to use Editor only.

    2. Also I am trying to Copy and Paste formatted table with colors into Rich Text Editor from Excel but it is pasting only with table and text color. Means it is not taking background color. See screen shot I have highlighted with blue color.

Is there any way to achieve this or is there any other control?

    Date from excel:

    Column1 Column2 Column3
    name phone adress
    kjhk khjk khjkhj
    khjk khjk hjkhj
    khjk khjk
    hjkhk

Unfortunately (as you have noted), it does not copy over background colours as the output from Excel in that part is not HTML/CSS.

Also, there is no built-in control to hide the top bar (it does hide in View Mode, but then you could not copy anything into it), however you could put a white Label or Rectangle over the top of that part.
