Scheduled Power Automate Flow Not Running

I am reposting my question in hopes that a new solution can be provided, or in hopes that if this is indicating a bug, that it can be flagged or resolved.
 
I have built a scheduled Power Automate flow that is sends out an email. The flow functions properly when it is tested/run manually, but it is not triggering on the schedule that I laid out in the recurrence block. The flow status is "On."
 
It has never successfully triggered to run automatically as it should, despite being a scheduled flow. I am in Central Time, so the time zone should not be an issue. Does anyone know how I could receive customer service on this issue? This seems like a bug to me.

    The scheduled triggers are a little finnicky from my experience. I noticed your "Start Time" is set to today even though you've had this problem for some time, I would avoid setting this over and over again, instead leave it on one day that works with your schedule and don't touch it again.

    I've seen some weird behaviour when initialy setting up a scheduled flow (for instance, it ran immediately when I set the schedule instead of waiting for the scheduled time). But once it's set up, it seems to work fine for me. I would recommend just leaving it alone and seeing if in two weeks it runs as expected.

    Is this the only scheduled flow in your environment that isn't triggering?

    If you update to run by hour it runs? And do you need a start time? can you remove and test?

    Hi

    I have faced this type of issue once in my sandbox. I have deleted that flow and created new and that is working fine. You can try the same if it does not work then you can raise the ticket with MS. They will check logs on the back end and if found any issue then will fix.
