"Action 'manual' failed" error when receiving http request

When there is an issue with a trigger of a flow, how can I troubleshoot what the issue is? I receive requests from a webhook from external provider and it's been working fine till the end of March. There has been no failed runs after 31st of march, all before has been successful. 

 

I need to investigate what the issue is and to fix it. How do I do that?

    Have you had any luck understanding this issue? 
    I've been having trouble with a HTTP trigger as well - after setting up a webhook, it works for a while, but seems to stop if it hasn't been used for a period of time (day or two from what I experience). Disabling and re-enabling said webhook forces the flow to trigger properly again.

     

    Sending request manually through Postman has the flow working as well. I don't force schema so it's not that. There's no information in PowerAutomate to say what was in the request received that it returned an error or what the 'manual' is. 

     

    These failed runs don't even show up in the history and are only visible in Analytics section.

    I set up a parallell webhook without a schema in the HTTP trigger and there I have not yet received any errors, while on the other I have. I have tried to compare this run to other successful runs but haven't found anything that is off.
