Minimizing the Bot on a website

Does anyone know if it is still not possible to minimize the bot when published on a website? I checked after a few months and it seems that it is still not possible. 😵

Am I only the person who thinks this results in a terrible user experience & leads to me not using the bot for external communication with website viewers? 😅

Hi @Shaunbuckleyy12 , the Copilot Studio Web Chat channel is responsible for rendering the chat canvas, but the website/page hosting the copilot should control the canvas' visibility, its location on the page, etc.

Here is an example for a minimizable floating widget for a copilot. The example is using a custom canvas, but the same can be achieved with the embed code.
