Is there any demo of Book a room template in power apps? So that I can understand its complete flow?

Hi @Sumaira ,

I'm afraid there is no demo of the Book a Room template since it is a OOTB solution to reserve a meeting room for meetings in Outlook calendar and it is quite simple.

I would like to find all the users who have blocked meeting for a particular meeting room using power apps. Can you please guide on how to achieve this?

Hi @Sumaira ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Would you like to retrieve user names who have reserved a meeting room or who have a meeting in that meeting room which you would like to book?

If you would like to retrieve users who have a meeting in a particular meeting room, I'm afraid it is not supported in PowerApps since users could only get calendar events belong to themselves.

Hi @Sumaira ,

Sorry but I have to say it is not possible to achieve your need, for the reason that you will not be able to retrieve all meetings in a particular room within a duration, unless you are the organizer or one of the attendees of all meetings, which I suppose not possible.
