I'm having a blank moment here and I can't remember how to pull from a specific line of a Variable with a text value that has multiple lines. Say for instance, I wanted to make Line 6 below "Terry" be the value for "Seller_First_Name"

Use a Split text action with delimiter option set to New line (output from this is %TextList%)
Then you can Set variable %Seller_First_Name% = %TextList[5]%
I was hoping there was an easier way. Thanks for your response.
