Are you using generative AI features to respond back from your SharePoint? If yes please refer below post to make sure all setup are done properly.

@ManikandanS No.I am not using Sharepoint and any AI features. I am making a HTTP request only. Its working fine in Demo website and with in Co-pilot but not in MS-Teams.
Hi, I'm encountering a similar issue. I've previously created bots in customer environments where it simply sends an HTTP request and responds with the message received. This setup works fine for other customers using Teams, but in this particular environment, it only functions in the test environment. So, while the HTTP request and response work within the PVA environment, they're not functioning properly in Teams.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas for resolving this?
I am also seeing the same issue. I have one word document loaded into the bot, which responds fine in the test but not using Teams.
I just created a new one and it works now.
