Agent not appearing in Built with Power Platform(MS Teams), and not in Explore Agents(M365 Copilot)

Hi, despite of choosing to show the agent to specific users in the Teams Apps Store(also selected Show in Built By Your Colleagues), the agent that I created using Copilot Studio does not appear in the "Built with Power Platform" section of MS Teams. Even if it appears suddenly, it appears without any update in the Name/Icon(though I changed it). For which I decide to clear the teams cache, and it's again gone from the "Built with Power Platform" section! It also does not appear in the "Explore Agents/All Agents" section of M365 Copilot despite of me checking the box that says "Make agent available in Microsoft 365 Copilot". I tried deleting teams cache, re-publishing, removing and again adding the teams channel, but nothing seems to solve this scenario. Is there any standard/permanent fix to this?

    Hello ,
If your agent isn't appearing in the Teams "Built with Power Platform" or M365 Copilot sections, or if it disappears after clearing the cache or the icon/name isn't updating, here are some steps to try:
    1. Allow 24-48 hours for changes to propagate, especially for icon or name updates.
    2. To force a republish:
      • Remove the Teams channel completely.
      • Wait about 5 minutes.
      • Re-add the channel and publish again.
      • Wait for changes to take effect.
    3. As a workaround, use the direct app link. You can find the app ID in Copilot Studio settings.
    4. In the Teams Admin Center, check that the app isn't blocked organization-wide and that permissions are approved.
    5. If needed, download the manifest and upload it as a custom app in Teams.

The Teams app catalog sync can often be unreliable, and the "Built with Power Platform" section sometimes has indexing delays. It's best to share direct links for distribution rather than relying solely on the catalog. If this issue is critical, consider opening a support ticket, as it's a known platform concern.
