All,

I have a SharePoint library that i create files by drag & dropping into. There is a Flow that triggers upon file creation.

I want to send 1 email with all the files i drag & drop. Currently I get separate emails.

Example :

If I drag & drop 5 files, I would like to be able to send 1 email with those 5 files as attachments. Is this possible? Can one of you kindly point me in the right direction.

Thanks

C1

    Hi @cadone

You need to fetch all attachments and then add them dynamically in your email. I have a tutorial in how to do it here:

    https://manueltgomes.com/microsoft/powerautomate/power-automate-add-attachment-to-e-mail-dynamically/

Can you please check if and let me know if you have any questions?

    Cheers
    Manuel

    @manuelstgomes

Thanks for sharing the link to Such a lovely tutorial. The will be my go to from now. Very well explained.

There is one thing about my question that’s still open. PerhapsI wasn’t very clear in my question.

I need the drag and drop of the files to trigger the flow. There might be files already present in the folder. I want only the files I just dropped/created to be emailed.

do you think this is possible?

     Thanks

    Hi @cadone

Thanks! I'm happy the tutorial was useful. 😀

Regarding the drag & drop, it's not possible, but you can have a Power App, for example, where you can fetch the file and provide it to your Flow. Or in the App, read from a Folder and pick a file and then send it to Flow.

Do you think this would work for you?

    Cheers
    Manuel
