Flow Execution Limit

I seem to have a limit of 5 Flows that can run at once.  The other flows I select to start go into a queue until one of the other flows have completed then they kick off still with a MAX limit of 5 flows at a time.  Does anyone know how to change this limitation.

I have the same question (0)

Are you referring to Power Automate Desktop? Running multiple UI automations at the same time within the same desktop environment is not advisable as they could "disturb" each other.

    Please see this guidelines:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/run-pad-flow#run-multiple-desktop-flows-on-the-same-device-sequentially

No matter which system I utilize I can execute 5 flows before they begin to queue.  For example 5 EDGE windows are running at the same time executing their different flows.  I want to be able to change that 5 to a higher number.

As to "disturb", what do you mean by that.  These 5 EDGE flows do not seem to be interfering with each other.  If this was not recommended wouldn't the queue start at 1 at a time.

The links provided did not seem to assist in answering this question.

It's simple, a UI is meant to be utilized by a human, one human. Applications are not made to receive multiple simultanious inputs through the same UI. If you now try to run multiple automations on the same applications, they might not be able to handle all requests at the same time and certain actions might be blocked. Therefore, there is the concept of isolated user or UI sessions (desktops). If you just want to utilize websites then cloud flows might be a better choice in terms of scalability. Or unattended automations in isolated user sessions as described in the documentation linked above.

When you run a FLOW, example EDGE it opens it own separate window.  So if I run 5 EDGE FLOWs there are 5 Separate EDGE windows.  If one of the tasks are to take a screen shot, receive 5 different screen shots.  So they appear to be running on their own without interference.  My question was WHY the 5 Limit on running flows.

Please familiarize yourself with the concept and differences of attended and unattended automation. There are technical, organizational (human) and license reasons to set such a limit. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/run-desktop-flow#run-ui-flows-unattended-or-attended

I did not see in the link provided where there is a set limit when running flows on the DESKTOP version.  The 5 FLOWs that I have running are working as expected at the SAME time, unattended, executing in parallel without issue.  My question is where is that limit set and how can I change this.

How to scale and run multiple DESKTOP flows concurrently is all described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/run-pad-flow

    It also clearly says:

Running multiple concurrent desktop flows by the same user is not supported. You will need to have different users running desktop flows at the same time to benefit from this feature.

You are referring to the 5 concurrent flow limit when starting flows (manually) in attended mode. This might be hard coded or automatically calculated as other run limits but there is no setting for it... as it's also highly unusual to run multiple flows in the same desktop and user session.
