Hello Experts,

I am a new to powerautomate and using the send email with option as connector. Please find the below screen for the same.

Now it is sending the email but I am not sure why the format is not correct. It is sending email as below with two different sections. I want to send the email to manager for the approval/rejection of the Leave. how can I remove subject section to just my subject.
