Using PAD with a proxy server

Hi,

We are trying to use PAD on the corporate network and require it to go through our proxy server. In the logshipper.log file we are seeing (407) proxy authentication required.

Is there a setting in the console.config file to get PAD to use default authentication for the proxy server?

Has anyone else used PAD behind a proxy server?

Having the same problem and haven't found a fix for it yet, looked at the PowerBI behind a proxy and this doesn't work. Clutching at straws tried <system.net> <defaultProxy useDefaultCredentials="true" /> </system.net> inside the PAD.Console.Host.Exe.Config recommended for PowerBI, no joy with that.

Ok got past the 407 error by adding *.azure-apim.net, *.flow.microsoft.com, *.powerapps.com to proxy exceptions, on our estate though this gets overwritten after 15 mins, but proved a point. There's still an error, but it's different and probably relates to an endpoint blocked by a firewall at the moment so going to request that gets allowed through next. 40.68.167.71 in the error is not in the address ranges published below though.

Did you get it to work ? I have the same problem. I'm behind a company proxy with Kerberos auth.

Adding <system.net> <defaultProxy useDefaultCredentials="true" /> </system.net> to PAD.ConsoleHost.exe.config after the </userSettings> worked for us, although this file gets overwritten when PAD updates.
