Hello everyone,
after creating a Forms, I want to send it to all users and once they have validated the last step, I want them to receive an acknowledgment of receipt with our mailbox and the signature, even an image at the bottom of the email suits me. Do you have a solution ?

currently the acknowledgment just sends text but I can't find any way to get the signature added

Sincerely

    Hi @SystemTEJ

This is a full-blown ask for delivering an Approval engine for you.

Here are some suggestions to look for and get you going. When you come back (at least for me) with something that isn't working i'm glad to help

    1. Create an Automated Flow - Trigger is When a Response is XXXX for forms

    2. Now you need an Approval

but you said the last step but didn't explain at all that there are steps

However, you would add an Approval and Attach the details for the Form as Attachments to the approval and if you need ALL to approve, set it Everyone must respond

    3. After the Approval finishes, log or do whatever you want with the responses, after you Iterate through them with an Apply to each, to verify if they approved or didn't

    4. Add an Send Email V3 action

Set the To value, the from value (if its a shared mailbox but that here)

    Attach anything you want

    Create your Message

And by Signature I dont think you mean SIGN it, I think you just mean a nice Signature.

Make sure for your Email you change it to HTML format by clicking the anchor at the end of the menu that way you can easily format everything nicely.

Now, I have literally given you every step so thats the solution.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Thank You
