Every Power Automate trigger and action has a connection that is associated with a licensed user. No way around this.
The primary issue in running the Flows with your account is that should you leave your organization your account will be/should be disabled. That will cause all of your Flows to fail.
In that scenario, a Power Platform admin can reassign the Flows to another user who can change the connections to use their account.
Other issues with using you account include the fact that all actions will be performed using your credentials. So, for example, emails will be sent by you. If an something is posted to Teams, it will be posted by you.
You'll also need to update your connections should your password change.
In addition, you can add co-owners to a Flow at any time. In that case, a co-owner can change the connection info without waiting for an admin. Even then, you'll still want an admin to assign someone else as the primary owner.
