Submit form with new record to dataverse table -Submitform(name) not working

Hello,

I have a table in the dataverse where I added two columns for testing purposes. Open my canvas app connected to the dataverse table then inserted a new form. I added the two columns and a button to submit. I used the syntax submitform(formname). However, upon submission when I go to the dataverse table I do not see the record I just created. It just shows the attached. I don;t see the data for the other columns I populated.

    Hello @mjackson122

As per the screenshot which you have shared, it shows View, so if you want to see all the fields which you have added, select the record then click EDIT RECORD, to view the same..

For adding Fields into the form, try following steps

    1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com

    2. Click Dataverse --> Click Tables

    3. Click TEST table

    4. Click Forms open MAIN form

    5. Once page opens click TABLE COLUMN at the left side the add the columns which is required. Then Save and Publish

To add VIEWS as per your screenshot try following steps

    1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com

    2. Click Dataverse --> Click Tables

    3. Click TEST table --> Click Views -->Open ACTIVE TEST VIEWS

    4. Once Page opens click Add Column and Add the field then SAVE and publish.
