@Lucindo- Can you provide us with Session Id? You can get it by opening ProwerApps app on Android, on the list of your apps, click your photo on the top left corner and the select Session details.
Could you try removing any special non-ascii characters from your app name and see if that fixes it? We seem to have a bug around that. Please let us know. Thanks!
Thanks, Lucindo! This only affects Android by the way. iOS works fine with special characters. We are working on the fix...

@Chris I have experienced almost the same error, and yes, I've got special characters in the app name. My app is stuck in the app loading phase, I never get to see that start screen.

Do you have a time frame when the bug will be fixed. I don't want to change name of the app unless I really, really have to.
@BitLord69- We are actively working on the fix, hopefully we will be able to release it today or by tomorrow.
The fix is now rolling out to the Google Play store for Android (look for version 2.0.714). The update for iOS is in progress...
