Hi
Can someone please help? This is my first time building a power app. My data connection is the SQL server where I created a table and inserted data. The form is blank when I create it. The table has data ID numbers, but the notes and status are blank. Sample data below.

The Form can show one item in Edit mode. We need to use a formula in the Item property of the Form to determine an Item.
For example, show first item in Form.

Thank you, Rimmon. This worked; it displays data but doesn't allow me to write it in form. I am in the edit mode.
I recommend you check controls in the Form.
If they are all Labels, of course they can't be edited, because Label control is only for display. You can use interactive controls such as text input.
