I have created a few PowerApps and used those on the organisation portal SharePoint online page.
Whenever any user from my organization open their PowerApps home page, they will see the apps which I created to show them on the SharePoint organisation portal page, as they have read permission on those.
I want to hide those PowerApps from the user's home page. Is it possible to find a workaround?

There is no supported way to hide an app from a user’s Power Apps home page if they have access to it.
If a user has Read/Edit permission, the app will appear in their list in Microsoft Power Apps.
Workarounds:

Remove the user’s access to the app (recommended if they shouldn’t use it).

Use security groups and share the app only with specific groups.

Move the app into a Solution and manage access more strictly.

So, the only real solution is to control sharing and permissions.

I think we can use Security Group's but i feel its not possible

Unfortunately, there is no option to hide a shared Canvas App from the Power Apps home page (make.powerapps.com).
If a user has User (read) access, the app will appear in their app list.

What you can do:
Share and promote direct links instead of asking users to open make.powerapps.com.
Use a SharePoint portal as the main launchpad and embed the app there, or provide quick links to the app.
Ask users to bookmark the SharePoint page for daily access.

If you need full control over visibility:
Use Power Pages to create a controlled portal with managed access and navigation.

I have developed a primary PowerApp that serves as a hub, linking to several sub-apps. While I initially designed a small PowerApp's for the Organisation Portal.

Leadership's goal is for all employees to install the PowerApps mobile app on their phones to access these tools directly. So, I am still finding the other workaround.

Don't even admin users can do with this?

Any PowerShell script to hide specific PowerApps for all users, even if they have read permission?

Some alternate approaches:

1) Move apps into Solutions + manage access per environment

Keep “hub” and end‑user apps in Prod; keep helper/admin/test apps in Dev/Sandbox that end users can’t access. (Users only see apps in environments where they’re granted access.)

2) Build a directory Power App as a front app (Hero App)
You can build a maintained list.

A Canvas App designed like a phone directory (A‑Z index, hot apps tab).
A SharePoint list / Dataverse table that stores:

App name

Description

Category

Alphabet letter

Link (App URL)

Thumbnail

“Featured / Important” flag

Your hero app can then:

Show important apps on one tab

Show A‑Z filter on another tab

Provide deep links to each app

This is fully supported and works well in mobile.
But you must maintain the list manually (or automate it with PowerShell).

3) Make the “hub” highly discoverable instead of hiding others
Use Featured/Hero to pin the hub app at the top in mobile and improve findability. (Set via PowerShell: Set-AdminPowerAppAsFeatured / Set-AdminPowerAppAsHero.)
