Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure'

Hello, I am new to all this, but excited to get my feet wet. Making a form that I want to automate the reponses going to a planner board - easy enough but.....

I have a Form that lives on a company space (Teams/Sharepoint, I am an admin) we all have access to.  When I go to make a form and get Form Id, it only shows the ones that are in my private space and not the corporate (I am making my flow on the corporate space).  I did read a few threads where people simply copy the form URL that has the ID in it, but I get the following error:

Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'microsoftforms' operation 'GetQuestions' failed with status code 'BadRequest'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: The form ID in request URL is invalid.'.

YOu only want the ID= portion of the address, not the whole address.  Copy the ID that starts with Ww2 and use that for the form id.

I even tried stripping the custom value just down to the form ID. No go.  Asked the Chatbot, and they told me the same thing.

Make sure you use the Enter Custom Value entry in the dropdown to past the ID into the field.

I was using the correct ID, yet I was still getting this error.

Basically, I created the form with my account as the workflow.  I wanted to use a service account to connect to this flow, and I kept getting the above error despite the service account having all the correct permissions.  I found that I had to open the form as the service account once.
