Get tables not working while using the ID of excel file saved on one drive

Hi ALl,
 
I have created a flow in which user upload an excel file and then the content of that excel file get saved in one drive by creating a new excel file latest time stamp. then read the table from that new created file. But i am facing error at get tables trigger. Pasting the error screen shot below:
 
error: coming on Get Tables action
The resource could not be found.
