Generate an Excel Time Number in Flow

How do I calculate an Excel time number in a Power Automate flow? 

In Office Script I use:

 

var seconds = Date.now() / (1000 * 60 * 60 * 24) + 25569;
 
Can I do this in a Power Automate flow without running a script by setting a float variable?

    After some trial and error, the following code works to get the current time as an Excel timestamp:

     

    add(div(div(sub(ticks(utcNow()),621355968000000000),10000),86400),25569)
     
    UTC date -> ticks -> milliseconds -> Excel time
