model driven apps (Newlook) that needs to change the default theme/branding for DEV/UAT/PROD

I am trying to update the default branding/colors/theme for my apps in DEV/UAT/PROD. And while using the customisation>features>theme this updates the classic environment and not the powerapps>>modeldrivenapp dynamics environment.
  1. So I followed the steps to use xml and update the webresource>>custom theme definition (screenshots attached) and published all, however the changes were not reflected.I also tried the web reserouce>>override option, this also did not work ( i deleted this xml).
  2. Also Header and navigation was already set to default = Auto, I changed it to On and still nothing happened. Now I am wondering if the theming has to do anything with custom app to model driven app.
  3. Here is my XML: <CustomTheme basePaletteColor="#006551" lockPrimary="true"vibrancy="0" hueTorsion="0"font="'Segoe UI', sans-serif"> <AppHeaderColors background="#006551"foreground="#FFFFFF" backgroundHover="#005241" foregroundHover="#FFFFFF" backgroundPressed="#003D31" foregroundPressed="#FFFFFF" backgroundSelected="#004737" foregroundSelected="#FFFFFF" / </CustomTheme>

Screenshots attached.

So can you suggest whats the best way to update the themes. I am running into loops by reading all the materials provided by microsoft or working with co-pilot.

Hi @Ram Prakash Duraisamy: I did that as my first thing however it only works for Classic app, not the New look app.
