We are in the process of expanding our use of Power Apps within our organization and have some questions regarding the best practices for licensing:
Thank you in advance for your guidance and recommendations!
Hello @gcmfaizan
This might be the best site to learn licensing in detail.

I think there is only one type of Power Apps Premium as of now. The premium one that cost around 20USD would be enough for it to run Multiple PowerApps with Premium connectors. If you are using Flows, add a 15USD/month for the Power Automate Premium.
No. Since it looks like you are using premium connectors like Dataverse, then you'll need to have Power Apps license. Here's the rule:
If your user only has to access less than 4 apps, use the PowerApps Per App Plan. It starts at 5USD/Month. This is nice if you have a fix number of users. If you don't have a fix number of app users, you do the Pay-as-you-go plan that is 10USD/app/user/month.
If you have more than that, then go for the Power Apps Premium.
Depends on what apps you are building. If you are using SharePoint, Excel and other standard connectors that should be fine. But once you start using premium connectors, refer back to my answer in previous question.
Please work with a consultant or a service provider. Power Apps is great but trying to digest all the needed information and knowing the limitation takes lots lots of time. You may end up spending more money and time to develop a solution which is not the primary purpose of it.
You can start with small projects but if you are intending to have 500 users at the same time, please work with a consultant. Power Apps is scalable with the right people.
Depends on the type of license and the number of licenses you buy. The Base Space is either 10GB or 5GB.If you have atleast one Power Apps Premium, you get 10GB. For Power Apps Per App Plan only and it is 5GB. Other products also like Project and Dynamics365 also enables this base space. That's only the base space. After the first purchase, subsequent license will add 50MB/license. Please refer to the licensing guide (link is above) so you can get more accurate data. Make sure you get the latest one as these license rules change from time to time.
Also, note that dataverse operates on 3 spaces (File, Log and Database). Database was the one that I was talking about.
