App/Flow Problem

I created a User Self-Service tool in Power Apps. The problem is that I modified the associated Flow, and it stopped working. I tried to re-add the Flow, but now no Flows are visible in the list.

However, if I create a brand new App, all the Flows appear correctly. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Firstly try using Save As and give it a new name, then try to attach the new Flow.
