Error message on conversation start

Hello Community,

I have integrated a virtual agent chatbot to my power pages. On conversation start the bot displays a message and an adaptive card. But whenever i sign in and sign out an error message is thrown under the adaptive card like this:

Can anyone tell me why this error message appears?

For this sort of error, please file a support ticket so that operators can review logs and identify what went wrong. Please include the conversation Id and approximate timestamp.

I already filed a support ticket but when i reply to their email they don't respond back.
