Recently Developed Flow(s) Not Showing in "My Flows"

Context:
I spent nearly 5 hours working on building a new version of a specific flow (called "Flow_v32").
I made some initial quick revisions and saved a new version of the flow as "v32b".
I then tackled a much larger set of revisions and, after completing those, I saved a new version of the flow as "v32c".

While I was working on making a few final revisions to the latest flow version (v32c), the connection kept getting interrupted.  So I thought restarting my computer may be the best solution.  I saved the v32c file one more time and waited to confirm that my list of flows indicated that the "Modified" timing was listed as <1 minute (and the save was successful).

I then went to make one more (small) change, to v32c, but the flow was unresponsive again, so I had to force quit the program.

Issue:
When I restarted Power Automate Desktop (note:  my specific model is illustrated in attachment), neither of my two most recent flows (v32b or v32c) are appearing in list of My Flows.

Question:
Is there any way to restore Flows that are not appearing (in list of "My Flows") to avoid losing all the work that has been done up to this point?

Try going to the inventory in the Power Platform Admin Center: Power Platform admin center

Here you may be able to find your flows back:

My Microsoft account is a personal account, so I don't think I'm able to access Power Platform admin center.  Is there any other way to access these files?

Note:  When looking on OneDrive, in the "My files / Apps / Power Automate Desktop For Windows" folder, I do see files that correspond to the time of when these updates were created.  For each file name, there are two files:  1) file has *.meta (~216 bytes) and, 2) no file extension assigned (44 MB).

Might this hold relevant information that could somehow be restored?
