Assign current year into folder path

Hi everyone,

Currently, i have a task to move files into folder structure with the year folder. I tried using concat to combine folder path with expression formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy') but PAD show error "Destination folder doesn't exist". How to resolve this issue
