Hi,

I have a web field that uses a calendar to select the future date. as part of the activity creation I need to set the date.

I have been able to add to the field with the formatted ate, but it doesn't save the new date.

As I am still learning I would appreciate some help.

@Dazza_Aus , can you share what have you done so far in the flow to write the date to the calendar.

In the action on row no 16, tick "emulated typing" option and check what happens.

    Hi,

I tried this but no difference. I didn't change from todays date after saving.

After emulated typing you need to also try doing a SendKeys on TAB or Enter key.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the suggestion.

This field is not actually a "data entry" window and it relies on the calendar selector.

Th send keys did stop it reverting. I can't actually type in this field.

Using the id of the textbox directly try to write its value using run javascript on webpage. The id is visible in the screenshot of your first post. Also I have added some javascript on webpage examples on this forum. You can take a look.

OK. problem solved. When looking to fix this with the Java script After hunting and trying a couple of time I saw that there was a space between the comma and year. once I had adjusted the SS, it changed the date. YeeHa

I am having similar issues -- The date field is not a typeable field. What function did you use to solve the issue? Did you remain using the populate text field on webpage to solve this issue?
