Different response from chatbot in PVA and embedded chatbot on website

Hi, I have a chatbot that has been embedded in a website. I do some testing and the response to some questions are different from the response that chatbot created in PVA gives. How can this be so?

    @NurNina_01 assuming the embedded version points to the same PVA chatbot - one thing to check is to make sure you've published the bot in PVA. I've run into it before where I've added topics and changed trigger phrases but forgotten to publish the PVA bot so the changes are pushed to the live version.
