I normally use Power Apps through Power BI to view and submit data to my Sharepoint Lists and in the past 2 days the Apps have been showing the following error in some (not every) users.

error.png

"You don’t have permission to view this data. Server Response: Error from token exchange: User …. not allowed to access connection …."

I already tried everything related to "Sharepoint Access" but nothing works. The problem dissaper for some hours and now is again there.

Is kind of urgent. Thank you.

    Hi @JuanVelazquez

Is this issue happening to all the web browsers? Please have a test in another one.

Did you make sure that you have the proper permission on the target SharePoint list? Please visit SharePoint list site directly and edit data there to have a test.

If above does not solve your issue, please tell the Session ID of this app following https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/get-sessionid.

    Regards,

    Mona

Now is working just fine. But apparently it was self fixed.

Hello, I know this thread is old, but I just came across this same issue and what I found was that the permission element in the Permission Level that is required to stop this error is "Override List Behaviors". If anyone happens to have this issue arise, check your perm level to be sure this particular permission is checked. Made all the different for me!
