I have 2 cascade dropdowns on the form, Values in the drop-down from are coming from a different list.
My requirement is I want to have "Select the value" option as default one for both the drop-downs. How to achieve it

@RezaDorrani 's solution is the only one for Drop Downs (and I have posted this method recently as well).
If you have a Combo Box, simply put "Select the Value" in the InputTextPlaceholder value of the control.
