If you copy the associated action and paste it into notepad or similar, you can search for the sensitive text and alter it. When you paste it back into PAD, the UI element and selector will be different.
Another method is to add a completely unrelated UI element, which does not auto-generate the text you are worried about, then text edit the selector to be the one that you actually want.
