Selected dropdown element not showing in the sharepoint list

Hello everyone,
 
I'm creating a form in which one field is a dropdown menu (the elements come from another sharepoint list via lookup). 
 
Howerver, when I try to submit the form, the element chosen from the menu doesn't show in the sharepoint list of the form.
 
How can I solve this?

    Check the dropdown control settings in Power Apps. Make sure Items is pointing to the correct lookup list,
    DisplayFields / Value is set to the column you want to show, and the DataCard display uses Value.
