Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am trying to build birthday card and send birthday template with dynamic photo and name to user via outlook. but the problem is outlook is not responding to most of the CSS designs.
I have searched across web and tried number of Html/Css code for that but result is not different.

I also tried making a background image and then place the dynamic photo in place of empty space but background image is not displaying as background.

Can anyone assist me with it ? or there's any other way to create dynamic birthday card and then send it using outlook.
