I was wondering, when you handover a whatsapp message to a live agent i want to keep the customer informed about the fact that they are waiting for a reply of one of the agents. Is there a way to keep the conversation going by sending a intermediate message to the customer informing them they are still waiting. (This should avoid losing the connection 24hours)
The scenario is that when someone sends a whatsapp message on friday and nobudy replies within the 24 hours timeframe i will lose the option to send a message and i have to use the "template" to send a message.
Any ideas?
