    Hello @aaedla,

    1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com

    2. Click Dataverse after selecting proper environment

    3. Select Tables

    4. Click Views

    5. Select your Custom Views and Click Three dots and Set as Default

If your View is not available in the Table and you have created in Advance Find then

    1. Open Advance Find

    2. Select Look For as Entity

    3. Select New and Create a new View and Save it

    4. Now Open your Model Driven app and Select view and Click PIN to Make to Default

if you want to display your views in Site Map then follow this

    Edit your model drive app

    Click Site Map

    Add a SubArea

    Then Select Type as URL

Then in the URL pass the below URL

    /main.aspx?etn=ENTITYLOGICALNAME&pagetype=entitylist&viewid={YOUR CUSTOM VIEW ID}

    Save and Publish

    That's it 🙂

Thank you for your comments. I already created views (including default view) and navigation(Area and Sub Area) and I can see the navigation on the left pane but when I open application in browser I am getting blank page. Instead of blank page I want to see default view when I open model driven application in browser.  I want to see default view if I select the home page link on left side, I think it might solve my problem.

    Hello @aaedla,

If you want to load it in Default Homepage then, add the Item in First of SITEMAP (GROUP--> AREA --> SUB-AREA) add first item as your Custom Page.

    Hope this helps

    Hello @aaedla,

Makee sure you have created the same in Entity level.

Add DataTable and then select the respective view in CUSTOM Page.
