How can I get the initial message from the user?
I want to interact with the PVA like this:
User: @bot how to go to NY from Boston?
(PVA calls a power automate action)
Bot: You can use a flight from JFK airport to BOS airport.

I don't know of any way to get the initial message when a user chats with a bot. But the message will be used to select what Topic to start in response. So in your example if you had a Topic that was 'ny from boston' that would be the topic that the bot would follow. The next step would be to call the power Automate action and then display the return. So I think the key is to have topics for all the typical things a user will request and then have a fallback that asks for more information if the response doesn't trigger a specific Topic.
