Hi,

I am a newbie of Power automate, so please explain the flow step by step.

I need to create a flow to be launched via power apps:

I also need to detect the last created XLSX file on specific folder on sharepoint, then filter value "YES" on column "B" of the detected workbook and paste the filtered content to specific workbook from Row 2 to last row.

is it possible to do this kind of flow via Automate?

In order to give you a profer answer, could you please provide more information about the files?

Is it a template or anyone can upload any kind of file?

Do workbooks always have the same name or are they dynamic?

Is there any table in the workbook?

This is an XLSX file that i download regularly and always upload to the same folder in sharepoint path. The Columns of this downloaded file are always the same but the values and rows on these columns are not the same. Hope this helps
The downloaded filename is Dynamic. This is why i need to get the last uploaded Excel file whatevers its filename.
Unfortunately there is no table on this workbook, so i will neeed to create one (Maybe via the Flow?)
The destination workbook which receives my filtered values is not dynamic. it has always the same name. and values must be pasted from Row 2 to last row of non empy cell on the previously uploaded first file.
The destination workbook is located on another folder path.

Hi, sorry for the late response.

In your cenario I think the best option would be using Office Script.

So the flow will be triggered by When a new file is created in a folder and then it would run this script
