I just started learning PVA. For PVA-Teams, is there a way to share chat bot so that another user can edit in PVA teams?

Yes, sure.
You can open your chatbot in a edit page on Teams, share with your colleague and he will be see on the PVA Teams app to edit.

Hi sama0018, currently in PVA Teams app, to allow others to edit your bot, they will need to be team owner of the team. You can find more details here:
