Wanting to send individual emails to someone based on this name being selected from a form. How do i set this up for a flow

Example:

Boss uses a form to monitoring a teachers lesson. they select a teacher from the drop down list:

Teacher A

Teacher B

Teacher C

If Teacher C was being monitored by the boss. Once the boss has completed the form and submitted it. I would like parts of the form to be emailed automatically to teacher C.

Obviously if Teacher A or B was being observed, their email will be different however the similar information will ned to be sent to them but will just be personalised to them.

Any ideas on how I go about setting this up?

    Sorry might be silly thing to ask, but could you please make sure you have mapped the question properly on the switch.

    Also please go to your flow runs which did not send emails and see the inputs of switch, see if the expression result is being retrieved properly

    @Rtaylor20
    Please make sure the options in your form and the parameter is same including the spaces.

    For example look at the test below, i removed the space in Teacher A in form and Kept the Parameter value with the space and the flow did not send me email.

    So please make sure you enter the parameters correctly.

    Let me know if this works.

    You are correct. Only the person whom was selected should receive the email. I have run the test on 3 different emails.

    The only person who has received the email is me( the name i selected). However when I did it for two other staff they have not received their emails.

    all the cases are set up the same way and so I am confused as to why it is not working

    @Rtaylor20

    Hi, can you please post the screenshot of your error message, also correct me if i am wrong here.

    The solution i provided is to send email only for the selected person from the dropdown, do you want to send emails to all the teachers in the dropdown too ?

    thank you for this. I have set this up but now however I have tested it and the email is not sending to anyone.

    I am one of the teachers ad also the owner of the form. I filled it out, selected my name and I got the automated email but no one else did when i tested it.

    I can see that for each case there is an error message...any idea what I am doing wrong here?

    Right so this is the form below... the boss will select the teacher from the drop down list...

    So say the name is Teacher A. I want teacher A to receive the email.

    But using the same form if the boss wants to choose Teacher B the next day I want teacher B to receive the email.

    Its a standard form that will be used for all teachers.

    Will your method you showed me work for this process?
