Cannot publish the bot - This feature isn't available until...

The bots I've created in recently days cannot be published, due to the condition:
This feature isn't available until your bot has finished setting up.

BTW once I guessed I need to wait for some times for the "setting up", but after few hours not only there's nothing change for this condition, but after re-select the bot from Copilot Studio home, there's another error:
We ran into a problem creating your bot

and seems my bot cannot be accessed anymore.

Unfortunately, no...not yet.
The bot I created in about the beginning of the year works well, without this issue; however, my bots which created after some particular point maybe February, will encounter this issue.

Same problem here. This exact Copilot was created yesterday, tried multiple times deleting it too but with no result to be seen. Also when I try to make new bot the same issue appears. The copilot hasnt finished setting up thus cant be edited

All my previous Copilots are created on the default environment and all have this issue. Creating a new Copilot will not finish setting up like you experienced @_Hyperion_ . So I tried creating Copilots in a different environment. It completed setting up and was able to publish it. Every step takes so long to complete though. But it did complete.

By different environment you mean a new copilot studio account or how exactly? @nicox

Just wanted to bring an update to my problem. Seems like everything is working now just like it should. The 2 unfinished Copilots I created like 2 days ago have finally finished setting up and was able to edit them and delete them respectively. Seems like the only fix is currently to just wait some time if this occurs for anyone wondering or reading this comment in the future.

I am having the same or similar issue. I was able to publish yesterday but not today. I turned off the conversation boosting because I was getting sent in a loop on teams and read that might help, but now I can't publish.

@_Hyperion_ I mean the environment setting on the top right.

By the way, I can also publish now. But the chatbot is not working or the changes are not updating in Teams.
