Hi All,
I have a SP document library with 4 categories of Review status the default status is NOT STARTED and when the users upload a new document it should go in that NOT STARTED category but instead it is going under UNASSIGNED category.
Can anyone help with the root cause of this and a possible solution for the same.

What mechanism are you using to set this default value and how do users add documents to the library? Are both in Power Apps, or is any of the two in SharePoint directly?
They are directly uploading in SP document library. PowerApps is not involved at any stage. It's just that there is no other proper forum to post this question so i posted it here
