Start an Approval Failing without Changes - Error Message: 'A client certificate or authorization header was not provided.'."

This flow has been running for months without issues but has just started failing when attempting to start an approval. I get "The request failed. Error code: 'AuthorizationFailed'. Error Message: 'A client certificate or authorization header was not provided.'." when it gets to the Start an Approval action.

 

I've searched the forum and google and nothing similar to this since 2018 that I can find. Any ideas?

    I would assume this is because that's a very old form of the approval action which was deprecated and replaced a while ago.  I suggest modifying the flow to use the current form which is Start and Wait for an Approval.  That will also require making some changes to other actions since some of the dynamic content has also changed.  For example it now uses Outcome instead of Response.
