SAP Ariba API to dataverse table

Hello all,

 

I have started learning about API's. I need suggests and ideas from you all.

I need to save data in dataverse tables from SAP Ariba files(excel files).

to make it possible, is below process correct?

1. need to create API of that file and post in postman.

2. call that API from postman to dataverse?

 

Can you all give me ideas and possibilities? share any material will also be helpful.

    I don't know about SAP Ariba, but assuming it publishes a webapi which could be consumed over Internet, you've couple of choices.

     

    1. create a power automate that reads the data from SAP and writes it in Dataverse.
    2. if the volume is high then I'll suggest to use tools like Azure data factory, or some SSIS based tool or a custom app to facilitate the data movement.
