Create a copilot agent using Microsoft loop workspace as a knowledge base

I have a Microsoft loop workspace where I have written down protocols for my entire company. This includes customer service questions and answers as well as how to do many things. I would like to create a copilot agent that leverages these Microsoft loop pages to be able to create a bot to answer employee questions. Can I do this?

Stumbled upon this post while searching for the same! Think this would be an excellent addition with departments potentially having their own workspaces which could then become their own agents. This would definitely give loop a leap forward in the knowledgebase tool ranking so a bump for this idea!

Yes, that's what I was searching also and was surprised this isn't even possible (yet).
We are setting up Loop as our internal knowledge base for our company and using a copilot agent
to answer questions from our employee using loop as knowledge source would be pretty nice.

Currently there is no direct way to specify the loop workspace as knowledge source. Since there are no direct connector, we need to go for some workarounds.

Export the Loop content as documents (Word, PDF) and upload them to a SharePoint site or OneDrive that the Copilot can access. This method allows Copilot to index these documents and generate responses based on the content.
If the content is in the form of documents, AI Builder can be used within Power Automate flows to parse and extract specific information. You could then feed this structured data into the Copilot for Q&A.

    Thanks.
