hello,

I made a chatbot in French, which means that all the questions and answers are in French. Is it possible to have the same chatbot but in English? Please if you have a solution.

Hi, @Zakaria123123 .

There isn't a way currently to have a single bot speak multiple languages via localization files where you'd maintain the text for each language, similar to how other applications work.

Currently, you can look at the following options:

Utilize translation services to maintain a single bot (gets tricky when it comes to trigger phrases and text you output to screen)
Create a copy of the bot and recreate the content in English (and however many other languages you need)
Use this pattern from Microsoft for using a bot in front of your bot to handle all translations:

Wait it out for a multilingual solution to come to PVA 😀
